All of our employees must take mandatory Business Dynamics Limited training classes specific to their areas of concentration within the company. The 8-10 class sessions prepare our specialists to handle various situations that may arise pertaining to spine coding and billing. Tests are then given to each staff member to ensure that they are prepared to deliver the level of service that we pride ourselves upon.

Accreditation Program

In 2005, Business Dynamics Online evolved from research pointing to the need for education addressing billing and collection issues within the spine community. Most audits prove a 75% omitted or lower level coding. Armed with this information and noting the complexities that Business Dynamics Limited endures, an accreditation program has been developed encompassing courses that teach the procedures and strategies the BD Team utilizes daily.

This first of its kind program offers the convenience of online entry with the ability to start and stop according to your schedule. Business Dynamics Online understands that time away from the office is counterproductive on many levels. To date there are two courses available and more in development.
