Practice Reviews
To start off we can provide what we call a paper claims review. This will consist of Business Dynamics reviewing 20 previously submitted claims for coding and collection efficiency. A report is generated on a patient-by-patient basis and then an overall summary of recommendations and suggestions are provided to improve your billing department. (See Billing Office Assessment)
Medical Billing/Collections: Office Physician
We offer a billing and collection service for both your surgeries and office visits as well as surgeries alone. There are specific requirements for these services, so please contact our office for information and rates. (See Accounts Receivables Management)
On-Site Evaluation/Training: Hospital or Practice
If after the Practice Audit you feel you need additional assistance and training for your office staff, we can send a consultant to your office for an on-site visit. For three days we will train and review your billing department. (See Billing Office Assessment and Training)
The Spinal Cord: Direct Connect
The Spinal Cord is our hotline and is offered for difficult cases that you would like us to code, but still submit from your office. This service is offered on an individual basis and fees are based on the complexity of the case. Please contact our office for rates.
Product Evaluation
This service is offered to perform research on coding and reimbursement issues for products.
Business Dynamics Online Accreditation Program
Courses are available via the Internet providing billing information and strategies on how to get the most money for the practice. Courses are also CEU approved by AAPC. (See Education)

Q4: How
long does it take to get started?
Answer: Once we have a signed contract and you provide us with all of the necessary documentation and material, we can have your claims out within 3-5 days. After the initial setup, claims are turned around within 24-48 hours.
