A: Once we have a signed contract and you provide us with all of the necessary documentation and material, we can have your claims out within 3-5 days. After the initial setup, claims are turned around within 24-48 hours.
Q: I think my staff may need some basic coding and reimbursement education in order to communicate best with you company, can BDL help with this?

Q: How will I communicate with Business Dynamics Limited?
A: Each client is designated their own Account Partner, who will communicate with you on a daily basis or as needed, regardings your account. This person works on your account each day, therefore is available to help you with any questions or concerns you may have as well.
Q: Does BDL need to access the computer programs in my practice?
A: No. BDL will never need access to your computers.
Q: Then how will BDL receive my claim information?
A: Once you sign on with BDL, you will decide on the means of communicating your claims and patient information with Business Dynamics Limited. The most commonly used forms include are fax, e-mail, and FedEx.
